Remember that one time at Hoopcamp?

Hoopcamp is over…but I’m still reeling from all of the new inspiration! I will be writing a longer post about my experience there, but I do have all the photos edited (links below) and wanted to share them with you. I will also be making a highlight video, but that is going to take a bit more time 🙂

It was a truly magical weekend and I have been completely transformed as a hooper. Here are some highlights:

You took these pictures? They are amazing! I’m really not a photo connoisseur but I just have to comment on some. I hope you don’t mind.

The 2nd photo is such a great still shot of an action photo. And the expression on her face is just so poetic.

The 4th photo – that hoop is HUGE! Wow. Either that or that is one very tiny hooper. Was she hooping with that?

I also love the 6th photo where you’re all in the hoop looking up. The expressions and the fact that it’s off center really makes that shot.

The 7th photo is such a lovely impromptu shot. The hooper looks as if she just happened to have looked over and saw you with the camera and smiled just for you. Another great off center position that really makes that shot.

And the 10th… Whoa! Those trees really put our lives in perspective don’t they?

Ahhhh, I am so jealous! It looks incredibly fun. Thanks for sharing the pictures for ones like me who couldn’t go 🙂 I will live vicariously through them!!

Jenine…yes, I took them 🙂 The big hoop is called Roue Cyr. I have some pretty sweet video of it that I will share a bit later.

hey sara,
thanks for the posting. the pics turned out awesome. i can’t wait to see the video.
i am SO there next year!!! it looks absolutely amazing. i’m finally getting a little more confident with my hooping, so i’m definitley ready to get my hoop on next year.
