I love this! I was so not expecting her to say at the end this is a way to worship! That’s exactly what I feel like while attempting to learn to do this! Literally one day of practice and its like you know when you are joyful and you feel the presence of the Lord and his smile is on you.? I have been a runner but I was just running I feel like a with the hoop there is this huge mind body connection and where there is mind and body is our spirit! Good stuff!
