In 24 hours, I will be driving from our campground near Santa Cruz through the redwood forests…where I will arrive at the entrance of HOOPCAMP! I am so excited and so full of anticipation. I feel a bit like a freshman on the first day of high school. Can’t wait to soak up all the knowledge and creative energy…and of course, take a few photos of the hoop excitement.
The schedule of workshops is amazing and packed to the brim each day. Workshops with Brecken, Rich, Spiral, Baxter, Christabel, Malcolm, Megzz, and SO many more! Not to mention hoop vendors, delicious food and drink, and fire and LED hoop jams…all under the canopy of the redwoods. Can life be any sweeter?
Wondering what Hoopcamp is all about? Carla “Snowzilla” Snow created an awesome “Hoopcamp Survival Guide“… check it out!
I expect to see YOU there next year!!

Hi! I’m so excited! I’ve been quietly learning to hoop…just doing my thing with it. Tonight my husband and son suddenly got interested in my hoop and you know what? They are both really good! Makes me look bad…here I am, working on this for months and they pick it up in one night! Oh well…I think it’s super cool that they are into it! Just wanted to tell you. 🙂
