Oooh, fun!
Okay, I have a question… I just bought a hoop today and tried it for the first time. I love it and today I am just trying to get my basic around the waist hooping down. i bought an exercise hoop from the local sport shop, which is weighted I guess? i don’t know how heavy exactly, but anyways, I am working on making some too. My question is where would you direct one such as me to find the very most basic instructions and techniques. I see a lot of tutorials and cool places to look, but I need the very most basic. I can go around my waist, now what is the next step? moving up and down the body? or just arms or what? Are there any blogs out there that talk about the basics?? Thank you, you rock!
