Sara, new hooper here, don’t know where else to post this question, but can I begin hooping with a hoop from somewhere like target?? Like the ones for kids??

    Thanks!

      Hi Jamie…
It’s definitely not idea. I would recommend either buying an adult hoop (see links on the right side) or making your own. The hoop should come up to about 1-2 inches above your belly button when you stand it on the ground in front of you. The bigger and heavier it is, the easier it is to spin when you’re first starting out!

      Have fun!

Thank you! I wish I could afford an awesome one! But, alas, that will have to wait awhile. Maybe I will beg my hubby to help me make one.

        Blessings Sara

I just got my first hoop yesterday. It is 1″ 100psi and it feels like it weighs a ton! While I can keep it up regular, the idea of doing anything else with it is beyond me for the moment. So excited!
