I captured Becca, founder of IHOOPU, doing this little ditty at Hoopcamp and just had to share it with you. Her flow is so pretty! *love* I know what I’ll be working on this week 🙂

    Hi Sara!

    I got my first hoop two days ago and I’ve mastered keeping it up! GO ME! HAHA. Anyway. I was wondering if you’d consider doing a post for beginners on where to go from here. I’d be particularly interested to read what progression your hooping took – what should I try now?

    Thanks so much, I’ve been wanting to get a hoop since I read this blog when you first started it! SO excited!
